The University of Toronto Family Food Practices Project is looking for participants in a study of food and nutrition habits across Canada; it will help researchers explore some of the ethical and environmental issues around family food.Participants must be families with at least one teenager and one adult who have lived for at least two years in Parkdale (south of Queen and west of Atlantic) or Riverdale (DVP to Pape, Danforth to Gerrard).
Study participants will be asked for three to four hours of interview time and some food photos. They will receive gift certificates for $100 worth of groceries and $20 for entertainment. Interviews are in English; all information is kept confidential.
